The predecessor of WUXI FASHION GARMENT FACTORY is the R&D department of Worldbest Textile (HK) Ltd who was established in 1996. By experiencing 20 years in the industry, the company has grown up to a modernized multi-functional garment factory includes design, garment production both with woven and knit fabric, fabric research and import/export trading.
Our factory in Wuxi has a R&D centre, two quality production line of high class casual wear, supplementing by a washing room. We have two CAD systems, automatic cutting system, 1.5-meter standard illumining table, 3.2-meter CAM, JUKI computer eyelet buttonhole sewing, America common eyelet buttonhole sewing, JUKI computer tacking machine, JUKI common tacking machine, JUKI 3-needle chain stitch feed-off arm M/C----including light-duty, heavy-rubber-gear and extra-heavy-steel-gear. It not only has some computer lockstitch M/C, but also owns twenty more special machines which can make woven and knit fabrics for different tailoring process. We have 60 employees in Wuxi. Meanwhile there are 80 people, six professional production lines and supportive washing factory in Funing Development Zone, Yancheng. Based on 20-years experience, outstanding professionals and quick responsible operations, our R&D centre is able to provide 350-500pcs samples per customer requests each month. Meanwhile, the two efficient production lines can offer our customer small orders (100-500pcs) with premier quality inspection, medium orders (5000-7500pcs) and big orders (35,000-50,000pcs) are also available in at the six production lines in Yancheng according to our production capacity. Generally, we have a total capacity of 500,000 - 650,000pcs annually.
